Rockingham Plans Mini Celebrations
Rockingham race circuit in Northamptonshire is planning some activities and offers aimed at Mini owners for the first round of the Dunlop Mini Se7en and Mini Miglia Challenges on Saturday 18 April, with further activities planned for the second day of racing on Sunday 19 April, which includes the MINI Challenge.
As well as a discounted ticket offer, all Minis will be parked in their own special area in pride of place behind the main grandstand. There are plans in place for a lunchtime Mini Parade but confirmation of this activity will be made nearer the event due to changes in the event timetable.
Adult advance tickets cost £18 for the weekend, £12 for Sunday and £8 for Saturday but Mini owners can book them for £15, £10 and £6 respectively. Children 15 and under receive free entry to the event.

Rockingham is also looking for six special Minis to be put on display in the Welcome Centre under the main Grandstand. The circuit is looking for one Classic Mini from each decade to represent the sixties, seventies, eighties, nineties and one new MINI to represent the current decade. However pride of place in the display will be given to the owner of a 1959 Mini.

EMC's News Letter Thingy
Hi and welcome to the EMC website's News Letter Thingy, for those who dont know, i should have started this back in September but due to being abducted by aliens and various Volvo related inccidents i haven't been arsed to do it. The reason being is the previously I, was the news letter Editor and all was well at the start, but after a while i ended up writting most of it myself with the help from Perry and George Miller, so i stopped, Becky had the same problem. So you can see where i'm coming from. I have now decided to be 'arsed' so, here goes.
