MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS & AGM
It’s that time of year again, the summer and show season are almost over
and it's nearly time for EMC membership renewals for year 2009/10.
I would like to invite you to join us for our AGM at The Dog and
Partridge pub on Sunday 13th September @ 6pm, we look forward
to seeing you there and receiving your valued input. There has
been talk of going on a mini run before the meeting, if enough people
are interested this will go ahead, so check out the forum for up to date info.
EMC CHRISTMAS MEAL
Since last years christmas meal venue was such a success we have
gone for something similar this year. A booking has been made at
The Great Hong Kong, Stanford Le Hope for Friday 4th December @ 8pm.
The set menus range from £18-£25 per head (the menu options will
be discussed at the AGM) and a deposit of £5 will need to be given per
person at the AGM or at the next club meet. The booking has been
made for 30 people so get in there quick, let me know asap if
you want to come (partners etc welcome). It's members
priority too so don't delay on renewing your membership!
