Last 10 spaces available, don´t miss out!!
Sunday 17th October 2010
We already have 22 cars booked for The Autumn Tour. You can still book your place but be quick and don´t miss out! The first ever open Essex Min Club open event takes place on Sunday 17th October and consists on a non-competitive navigational rallye with an easy to follow roadbook. The Tour will start from Tylers Common (Nags Head Lane, Brentwood) and will finish at The Dog and Partridge Public House (Horndon, A128).
The participants will meet at 10am on Sunday 17th October at Tylers Common "Mini" car park. Tylers Common is situated 1.4 miles from Brentwood on Nags Head Lane. There will be a drivers briefing before the first cars start the route at 10.30.
We have prepared a 100 mile route, divided in two stages, on some of the finest driving lanes of the Essex countryside. The first stage will take us from Brentwood to the Gosfield Shopping Village, where we have been allowed to use their facilities and exhibit the cars (more info on www.gosfieldshoppingvillage.co.uk). After a one hour lunch stop, the second stage will take us to The Dog and Partridge, finishing point of the Essex Autumn Tour.
The price for taking part is only 5 GBP per car and includes the roadbook and a rallye plaque to mount on the front of the car. It is not compulsory to have a co-driver but it is highly recommended if you want to fully enjoy the event. This is a NON-CONVOY run and we will let the cars go at one minute intervals. It is also recommended to have a road atlas in case you get lost at some point during the route.
PLEASE, READ THIS DISCLAIMER BEFORE BOOKING FOR THE AUTUMN TOUR
