Essex Mini Club
Essex Mini Club was formed in late 1995 by a group of Mini enthusiasts who got together informally to swap advice, parts, stories, to attend shows and to really enjoy themselves with their Minis.
The club is run by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. We are an up and coming club, with an ever growing membership. Our informal and social meetings engender a friendly atmosphere.
We have amongst our membership a variety of Minis from the 1960s through to the very latest models. These range from tatty old run-abouts to highly tuned concours examples, with owners who all have one thing in common - the desire to share their enthusiasm for the Mini!!!
Young and old all our members enjoy a variety of events, from our annual Christmas treasure hunt, to camping trips, road runs and the annual Mini shows.
We publish a newsletter, used as a forum for the sales of parts, organisation of events, and publication of Club news.
We anyone interested in Mini’s to join us, whether just casual, enthusiast or visiting from other clubs. Fast engines, slow engines, classics, standards, old and new. HELL! you don’t have to have a mini to come along, just drop in and have a chat. Good beer, interesting conversation (well most of the time) and loads and loads of Mini’s.
