With the Spring bringing warmer weather (really??) more members and Minis can be seen at our club nights on the first and third Wednesday of every month at The Dog and Partidge (A128) from 7.30pm. It is a good chance to meet Mini minded people and take a break form the working week routine.

The club is preparing the big shows of the season. Some of our members will be doing the Suffolk Mini Run on 22nd April and many others are getting ready for the Newquay Riv Run on the May Bank Holiday weekend. Those not going Newquay will be at the first of the Battlesbridge shows on May 6th.

May means London to Brighton and the Essex Mini Club will, once again, have a club stand at Madeira Drive on May 20th. L2B's theme this year is Royalty, and the club is hoping to win the best club stand competition. Later in June it comes the brand new Brands Hatch Mini Festival, a whole weekend of racing and camping in the best company. EMC members can book tickets at discounted price by contacting the club Events Co-ordinator ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. )

Dan Maskell is in charge of the bookings for Mini in the Park later this Summer, please contact him via forum, FB page or at a club night.

The 25th March saw the first club outing of the season at Brooklands Museum for the Brooklands Mini Day, a great day was had by all and the museum grounds saw more Minis than ever with a record number of over 1,000 attending. This is a picture of some of the cars at the EMC stand.

Keep Mini'ing!!!

Welcome to the New Look Essex Mini Club Website,

Due to complications during the host move I've finaly updated the website CMS system to the latest version which has resulted in alot of work you will never really see but hopefully this will give us access to new and better features to keep Essex Mini Club's website looking modern at the moment we have our forums up and running which will be receaving some visual tweaks over the next week or so and the logo on the site will also get a much needed tweak as code is restricting its size right now..

Hopefully Luis will start posting some events on the front-page real soon and i can convince Helen to have a play updating the club info section
